Non-Refundable Items Policy
At PARELMOER, each item is meticulously crafted and made to order with the utmost care and attention to detail. As a result, we want to ensure transparency regarding our policy for non-refundable items.
Made-to-Order/Made-To-Measure Commitment: Our commitment to providing you with uniquely crafted products means that once an order is placed, the creation process begins promptly. Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order items, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or issue refunds on these products. All products that are made to measure and made to order are not returnable. Perfumes, incenses that are opened or even used, are not returnable. The same goes for food and drinks, such as wines et cetera. All other products which are used or damaged can not be returned and are not refundable, unless it is clearly happened by shipping (see below: 'Shipping Damages').
Quality Assurance: Rest assured, our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the crafting process. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at info@parelmoer.shop within [number of days] days of receiving your order.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a made-to-order item, made to measure item, perfume, incense kit, food/drink ware, and so on, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accommodated if the production and shipping process has not commenced. Once production begins, the item is considered non-refundable.
Shipping damages: If the shipment has been damaged, we need all data about the damage within two days after the shipment has arrived at the customer. This data contains: pictures of the damaged product, pictures of the packaging, and pictures of the filling materials within the packaging. Alle pictures need to be clear and the description of the damage needs to be clear as well.
